Child Safety Standards

Effective date: July 12, 2026

These standards apply to JATANIUM, the JATANIUM Android app package com.jatanium, and JATANIUM.COM. JATANIUM.COM is registered and owned by Aguiar, LLC. The JATANIUM Android app is the official WebView app for JATANIUM.COM.

Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

JATANIUM prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, trafficking or exploitation of children, and any content or behavior that endangers children.

Users may not upload, share, request, promote, discuss, facilitate, or attempt to obtain CSAM or CSAE-related content or activity. Violating content may be removed, accounts may be suspended or terminated, and reports may be made to appropriate regional, national, or international authorities as required by law.

Moderation and Prevention Practices

JATANIUM lets creators publish videos to their channels and lets administrators choose which published videos enter the main broadcast rotation. We review user reports, investigate content or behavior that may violate these standards, and take action based on severity, available evidence, and applicable law.

JATANIUM may preserve relevant records when needed for safety, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or cooperation with lawful requests.

In-App Reporting

JATANIUM allows users to report videos, channels, comments, and child safety concerns in-app. Users can use the visible Report links throughout the app or contact us directly at contact@jatanium.com.

Reports are reviewed by JATANIUM administrators. If a report involves possible CSAM, CSAE, grooming, child endangerment, or imminent harm, JATANIUM will prioritize review and take appropriate action.

Child Safety Point of Contact

The designated point of contact for child safety, CSAE, CSAM prevention practices, and compliance questions is:

Email: contact@jatanium.com

This contact is intended for child safety reports, regulator/platform inquiries, and questions about JATANIUM's CSAM prevention practices.

Compliance with Laws and Authority Reporting

JATANIUM complies with relevant child safety laws. When we become aware of apparent CSAM, CSAE, or child endangerment, we may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve relevant information, and report to appropriate regional or national authorities, hotlines, or other legally designated organizations as required or permitted by applicable law.

User Responsibilities

Users must not post, upload, request, or distribute illegal or exploitative content. Users who encounter child safety concerns should report them immediately using in-app reporting or by emailing contact@jatanium.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate local authority first.

Updates

We may update these standards as JATANIUM changes or as laws, platform policies, and safety practices evolve.
