This Privacy Policy explains how JATANIUM, including the JATANIUM Android app package com.jatanium and the website at jatanium.com, collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information.

Developer and Contact

JATANIUM.COM is registered and owned by Aguiar, LLC. The JATANIUM Android app is the official WebView app for JATANIUM.COM.

JATANIUM is operated by JATANIUM/JASTORM. Privacy questions and data requests may be sent to contact@jastorm.com.

Information We Collect

JATANIUM may collect account and profile information such as username, email address, display name, bio, website URL, and Sorpentor authentication status. Login is managed through the Sorpentor API using OTP verification.

When you use JATANIUM, we may collect content and activity information including uploaded MP4 broadcasts, video titles, original file names, channel subscriptions, likes, comments, notifications, view counts, and moderation status.

Our servers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser or WebView user agent, request time, pages visited, session cookies, error logs, and security logs. The Android app itself requests Internet access and uses the Android file picker only when you choose to upload a video.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide login, channels, video uploads, broadcast playback, search, subscriptions personalization, comments, likes, notifications, content moderation, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and site/app improvement.

Sharing and Third Parties

JATANIUM shares login-related information with Sorpentor for account authentication and OTP verification. We may use infrastructure providers such as web hosting, server, email, DNS, security, or backup providers to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.

JATANIUM may show commercial video ads in the broadcast experience. The Android app does not include a third-party mobile advertising SDK.

Cookies and Sessions

JATANIUM uses cookies or server sessions to keep users signed in and to maintain normal app and website functionality. Sorpentor authentication tokens may be stored in the server-side session after successful login.

Security

JATANIUM uses HTTPS, server-side sessions, access controls, upload validation, user publish controls, administrator rotation controls, reporting, and operational security tools to help protect user data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Retention

Account and channel records are retained while the account or channel is active. Uploaded broadcasts, comments, likes, subscriptions, notifications, and moderation records may be retained until deleted, rejected, removed by an administrator, or no longer needed for the service. Server logs are retained for operational, security, troubleshooting, and legal purposes and are periodically rotated or deleted.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your JATANIUM channel data by visiting Account Deletion or emailing contact@jastorm.com. Because login is managed by Sorpentor, you may also need to request deletion of your Sorpentor account through Sorpentor/JASTORM if you want the upstream authentication account removed.

Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, backups, or legitimate business records.

Children

JATANIUM maintains published Child Safety Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). JATANIUM is not designed for children under 13. Users who are not old enough to consent to online services in their jurisdiction should not use JATANIUM without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as JATANIUM changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
